When going about our day to day business, whether that means shopping or being at work, the experience matters. Going into work you want to be welcomed with happy and positive people throughout the day. Although, we all have bad days, one person can ruin it for everyone else.
So, let’s take for example when you walk into a local boutique and someone welcomes you with a great attitude and beautiful smile. They have already set your expectations of their boutique to a high standard. The experience should be upbeat, personal, and friendly overall.
Now, let’s look at the other side, you walk into a local boutique and are welcomed by someone who is grumpy, hasn’t showered for weeks on end, they don’t look the least bit interested in helping you, and their phone is out while they are welcoming you. Immediately, the experience doesn’t give you good vibes, and you will most likely turn around and leave.
Which boutique are you going to remember, or let’s say, stay for? More than likely the local boutique with the amazing customer service.
Overall, my point to this post is to let those know that 2017 is my year, the year I am 150% focused on providing a custom session to each individual client.
